One star is only way I could get to make this review -100 stars more like what they deserve.Ordered and paid for a chair to be delivered in 10 to 12 weeks. Now 16 weeks later still no chair. After complaining to day it seems it's everyone is to blame but them right down to the manufacturer of the cloth.Not my first purchase from this company but definitely my last. 3/11/23Chair finally delivered after nearly 6 months. Eight weeks ago told chair was ready but it had solid feet and not castors so back it went. Replacement arrived today and delivery men were very careful and on time.Thanks to them.
