Took delivery of a damaged chair as part of our new suit. Took immediate photographs and e mailed to showroom manager and warehouse. Endless phone calls (messages left and never responded to. E mails not responded to) Only when I presented myself into the showroom did things move along slowly. After much jumping up and down I was offered compensation in October. Sadly this has not been received either. Despite sending a copy of the e mail from the showroom manager,back to him to remind him this was still outstanding. 10 months after taking delivery of my new suite we finally received our replacement chair. I could write a list of excuses that I was given. Can’t say it’s been the best experience I had.
