Ordered 2 x 2 seater leather settees which arrived as expected just before Christmas 2021. Unfortunately, the supplier had shipped 2x3 seater settees which were just too big for our living room. Jason took immediate action to send 2 alternative 2 seater settees from warehouse stock to ensure that we had seating for Christmas. This is the big difference when dealing with a long established family firm like Richard F MacKay. The delivery team team took impeccable care when carrying in and setting up our new settees and placed them exactly where required.
