I loved the automatic writing and drawing. I found most of the course enjoyable and it was a learning curve for me. I loved learning how to protect myself psychically from negative energies. I found Richard's guided meditations peaceful and relaxing too.There are very lovely gifted psychics in the academy and we have become good friends.
