I am having serious issues with this casino I have requested a payout of my rightful winnings 10 days ago and still no resolution (see complaint below). I feel like at this point this casino is fraudulent and has no intentions of paying out, so I am wanting to let other casino players to think twice before purchasing coins from Richsweeps. I have made at least a dozen attempt to recover this redemption and what I am being told is " be patient" "were working on it" and other false statements and request such as "please email our support team" and no one has yet to respond. The only communications have been responses from their online chat team which is very suspicious due to the same responses I get from them every day, yes, I ask for an update daily, they make it seem like they really care and that they are doing everything possible to get my redemption finalized but again this is day 10, they have all my documentation and have verified my account so what is the hold up, not to mention every time I have requested a payout from any other casino I get an immediate email advising me that they have received a request followed by a confirmation that money is in process to my account in which 24-48 hours the funds are there, not the case here which gives me all the more reason that this casino is fraudulent.............Summary of Dispute: On October 14th, You attempted to cash out through submitted redemption request for withdrawalof $3,000, being verified and all requested documents submitted, you have notreceived the payout. You have contacted chat support and sent multipleemails, but have not received any substantive response or communicationfrom management. I see that there is a lot of 5 star reviews on this website for them, but I am coming to the conclusion that more than half of them are extremely suspicious like its employees or the scam artist that is behind all of this creating these false reviews, I have since filed with the State's attorney General's Office and I will update this review as things unfold, one more thing, it's funny how they encourage you to keep playing while you wait for your payout, I would not do that because initially I had 7K now down to 3K and still no sign of payout but the chat employees keep asking me to be patient. LMAO its now been almost 13 days and nothingHas any other players experienced similar issues with payouts?
