Rici dress company is a huge scam! They are using and imitating elegant photos that shows good quality design and material. I paid via paypal and filed a complain and requesting for full refund.
Here is there 2nd response after i insist on their address and offering me only 8usd refund! They give there address, not sure if this is legit yet!
Dear customer, We can refund you full amount of the items after you return back it , but you should pay for the postage. The postage is very expensive,we do not recommend it. and if there is customs problem , the customs fees also very expensive .we will not responsible for it ,the package may be returned to you. We can refund you 16$ as compensation at most and you keep the item,is it ok? If you really do not want to keep the item, we will respect your decision. But you will need to pay for the shipping fee to send it back. We will give you refund of the items after we receive your return package, thanks.
