Following up on my earlier review. We finally got the second nightstand to replace the broken one. It seems they have given up on the nine-drawer dresser… they mentioned waiting until mid-November, and if it doesn't arrive, they will issue a refund. Their follow-up is not proactive, but they do respond to follow-up emails within 48 hours. Unfortunately, the responses haven't provided any resolution. After three months, I'm still chasing this.
