I had ordered a vanity two months ago. When emailing customer service after one month, they told me it had shipped but provided no tracking number. The customer service email specifically was in Mandarin, meaning they probably manufacture or drop ship all of their furniture from China. As of the last email I sent them asking for a refund, all they replied with was "we will check". I'm going to try a chargeback with my bank. Do not order from this company.
