Telephone number on website is laughable. Noone ever picks up. They claim reply for email within 24 hours - also not true. Been waiting days for feedback on my last mail. Order was supposed to be delivered within 9-10 weeks. On week 9 I ask for a delivery date and tracking number. The response was that it's not yet shipped, it will likely delay and I could still cancel. No update on delivery date at all. Are they in the business of making money? How is offering a cancellation and refund the only response they can offer? I asked again for an update - no response. I'm yet waiting for the product - but I can confidently say that the customer support is basically non-existent. I will definitely not purchase another item from Ricll.
