Following up on my earlier review. We did receive the second nightstand to replace the broken one. However, it seems they have lost track of the nine-drawer dresser; they mentioned waiting until mid-November, and if it doesn’t arrive, a refund will be issued. Their follow-up is not proactive, but they do respond to emails after 48 hours of prompting. Unfortunately, these responses have not provided any resolution. After three months, I’m still left waiting.
