I wanted to give 5 stars because I've bought a few items and the experience has been great. I purchased 2 frames this year. The customer service is wonderful, and I was pleased with every aspect of the service. However, the frames are tricky to set up. The cards are quite valuable, and the frame's design requires some effort to position the cards neatly. The overall quality is good, but there should be a better way to insert cards without risking damage and making the process easier for the buyer. Otherwise, it would have easily been a 5-star experience.
