I used the app to take an ebike. The ebike session couldn't finish because it couldn't find the location of the bike. I traveled for 40-60 minutes in different parking spots and I get notification that the bike isn't locked and I will get fined. Customer service doesn't work. I emailed them with evidence of the bike parking. And they sent me an answer that there was an issue with the bike. And I get a refund. But one hour of sitting outside in the cold. Stress and panic.
