Bristol has had Voi who were excellent, great service lots of scooters, always some on charge so a great service.Then Tier who were fine, they allowed you to reserve a scooter which was great.Dott. Is terrible. The scooters and bikes are broken, they promised they would install charging ports around the city, this has not happened. And the customer service is full of see you next Tuesdays. They are rude and incredibly slow, both at work and most likely in their daily lives. They have passes or they are extortionate and when, as they regularly do, fail to work as they said the pass is gone. It takes their customer service 15-20 minutes to respond for them to be rude to you.Bristol council need to ban this sham and bring back a respectable company
