Had to push the scooter most of the way and ride took 9 mins rather than 4 .......TBF most rides ok....this one bad.....offered 20 mins ride free ...no good cus I only use 5 mins and have been charged for 2 rides....when complain they gave me 1 more ride .....ok but not happy
