It’s my first time using noord but didn’t get the fresh bike it’s like more than 15k running bike and bikes paddle making some noice as well. My appointment was at 1 but waited outside 7 minutes more because staffs are on lunch break. Overall not very satisfied, if it’s possible to replace the bike and provide a fresh one it will be a great help.
