I had a very bad experience with Noord E-bike.In the first 14 days, the bike’s wire was broken — it kept turning on and off randomly. I wanted to cancel the subscription because of this, and right after I did, the bike got stolen.Even though I returned everything (the battery, the key, and all other parts), they sent me a €400 invoice. They didn’t explain what plan I was on, and the amount doesn’t match any deductible in their own policy.I locked the bike properly, they filed the police report themselves, and still they threatened incasso (debt collection). I emailed them but got no reply. This all feels shady and unfair. Would not recommend.
