Terrible service and not the premium quality one would expect from a leasing Bike with a premium price. The batteries are never fully functional and if you ask for any replacement you always risk getting something even worse than what you had before. In my case: The charger of my bike broke and I asked for a replacement. The day it was supposed to be replaced I did not get a notification about a more accurate time frame (I was told there will be a more accurate time) so my wife missed the door bell and we were fined 50 euro. Ok, I can still live with that even though it still isn't exactly fair. Then, the next time, they came to give me a whole new set. Bike, battery and charger. Unfortunately the replacement I got was a lot worse than what I had, the saddle of the bike has ducktape and the battery seems very broken. If I turn on the bike, it works for 10 seconds before switching off. 26 euro a week for THIS??
