DO NOT RENT NOORD EBIKES.I rented a Noord e-bike and honestly, it’s been a very disappointing experience.They gave me an old, rusty bike with a weak battery that keeps turning off and a saddle that was already in bad condition when I received it. Now the saddle has completely broken, just a few days before my subscription ends on October 16.When I contacted customer service, they told me that I can only return or swap the bike once every 3 months for free — otherwise, I’d have to pay €50. So basically, they give you worn-out bikes and then expect you to pay to fix their own poor maintenance.It’s honestly crazy. The bikes are clearly not properly checked before being sent out, and the policy feels very unfair to customers. I would not recommend Noord to anyone unless they seriously improve their quality and support.
