We had a big problem with the rental company in Ushuaia, the day just before we should have our 2 bikes for a 3 weeks trip in Patagonia wasn’t available. BUT Riderly did an amazing job by finding us news bikes in a other city at the date we were suppose to start our trip.At the end we did not lose even one day of trip. The bikes we had was way better and more expensive than what we were suppose to have and we did not spend more money, Riderly manage everything to make the problem as smooth as possible and always easy and fast to contact by mail or by phone.I really advise Riderly to book your motorbike your, you can be sure that they will assume any problem even when it is not their fault !
