Allegedly delivered my parcel to their partner service. When I came to pickup the person who signed for items recieved refuse to give me, sayi no that they are not a warehouse and they don’t have my goods. Two days earlier I got my tires from the same place without any signatures and when I came to pick up snow chains they say they don’t have them. The AD tyres refuse to help me get the missing item or issues a refund!Edit.On top of that they asked me to fill out form, about failed delivery and include my ID. Instead they forwarded my ID pictures to a third party garage owner without my consent!
