It took them a week after delivery to confirm that they accepted my claim. Regarding the refund, based on their response, it seems that I will have to wait at least an additional 10 working days, but it could potentially take up to 10 weeks! I am beginning to question whether they will actually issue the refund.Buying from this website poses a significant risk of financial loss and wasted time.
