Found the process super easy, we had the appointment the assessor who came showed us how we can build our own system on the app, he guided us through and explained the differences between panels and batteries. We picked it all, then it works a price and lets you pick the installation date you want. We got a call from a surveyor a few days later then a project co ordinator called to confirm the next steps a week later we was up and running!
