Right at Home Oxford - do not recommend working here especially if you are coming from overseas on a sponsorship visa. Work you to the bone, bad pay for what you have to do, minimal 5 minute breaks in between each client visit, make you pay back the sponsorship fees when they drive you out the company before the end of your contract because the conditions are so terrible. Profit comes before anything else, I could go on. If they treat their own staff like this, makes you wonder how they have any compassion for their customers. Don't believe what the website says about it being a wonderful place to work. It's not! If you're considering coming on a sponsorship visa, think again!
