I was very nervous about the process and ending up with a car with potential issues but I have been more than pleasantly surprised! Ashley helped me to find the car I liked, took me on a test drive, and I loved it so much I decided I wanted it there and then. A few days later, couple of phone calls and some paperwork, and I was taking my new Zoe home and leaving my old Zoe behind (tearfully since I learned to drive in her!). A couple of issues cropped up later including a window seal issue and the badge on the back of the car was looking a bit naff but they got them all fixed for me quickly and painlessly. Fantastic company.
