I recently booked my 2 year old Zoe into Rightcar,Grimsby to have en energy information screen to my display. Dispite,even giving the garage the relevant Actis numbers for the install, they were unable or unwilling to do it. This should be straightforward for competent technicians. The Actis numbers were confirmed by Renault UK. I sent a complain to Rightcar but have so far not received a reply,I took the car to Renault Doncaster who were able to do the software upgrade without problems and were very helpful
