I enrolled with this RTO and paid over $1,000 for The Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care, and was unable to complete. The issue was that they required workplace assessments to be done via Microsoft Teams, which wasn’t clearly communicated before enrolment. When I explained that the use of phones/computers in childcare centres is prohibited, I was offered no alternative or refund, despite not being able to complete the course.I’m really disappointed with the lack of flexibility and support. I’m sharing this to warn others to make sure you fully understand how assessments are conducted before paying, as refunds don’t seem to be an option once you’ve enrolled
