Shocking avoid if possible Time and time again given false information just tokeep you happy ....no new genuine progression House was sold 6 months ago should be straight forward this has been going on nearly 2 years We have had to do most of the work for them always told someone is sick someone is on holiday so can't help or someone has left Can't or won't !!!!!! unexperience staff this is unacceptableNever answer emails or from phone callsThis is very a very poor service Put in a complaint and this was dismissed never askedrelevant questions Let alone the faith or dearly beloved had in thiscompany to make sure everything was in order Please avoid even if this helps one person to never gothrough this againIt's a shocking way to treat grieving families.We are going to the Ombudsman as this is getting beyond a joke !! They really shouldn’t be allowed to trade as a probate service as their level of incompetence is an absolutely appalling 😡😡😡. Please avoid their services like the plague as it’s run by people that don’t care about their clients and their needs .Luckily for us we have kept every piece of correspondence we have with Right Probate to prove their incompetence which we willGive to the Ombudsman’s office..
