We purchased an auction property in March 2025 and we still have not completed. Ash did not respond. We took it on ourselves to do most of the work by contacting other parties solicitors getting TR1 forms, probate documents. These guys still managed to mess things up. On the odd occasion that someone picks up the phone they shout and respond rudely.
