When we first stopped in to see the units available, the person we spoke to was very polite and helpful. She explained how the monthly fees were set up and where everything was located as well as their U-Haul rentals.When we opened the unit door, the space was clean and swept out.One issue we have with the unit is the slide lock handle is sticking.We basically need a hammer to open and close the lock. Besides that, great place to rent storage space.
