So I just spent the last two days moving my friend out of her unit because she was given 2 days to vacate her unit but WASN’T GIVEN AN EXACT REASON WHY. She should have been given 7 days. But instead was given 2 DURING A NATION WIDE EXTREME STORM mind you. It was FREEZING. She had just paid her storage but was told they might not return her money for the 28 days she won’t be occupying the unit. That is ridiculous. The manager at the Pan American location is highly unprofessional and unreasonable. Shameful employee.
