While my initial purchase decision was impulsive—something I blame myself for—the issues I’ve encountered with the products themselves warrant attention.The mattresses, in particular, have been disappointing. Although I purchased mattresses which were at the upper end in the store, they are not as comfortable as expected and don’t sit properly on the beds. This impacts the overall appearance of the bedrooms, making them look unfinished or poorly assembled. I’ll likely be replacing the beds shortly, and based on my experience with their customer service, I most certainly won’t be emailing them to complain about this.The customer service has been particularly poor—so much so that I cannot bring myself to go back to the shop to spend the €128 credit that they owe me. I would gladly offer this credit to anyone who truly needs something but is not concerned about quality or poor customer service.In hindsight, I wish I had taken more time to consider my options before handing over such a large sum. As Oscar Wilde once said, "Experience is simply the name we give our mistakes." I hope this review will help others make more informed decisions when shopping for furniture.
