I purchased a suite of furniture from this company in August, and initially, everything seemed fine. However, when I moved it to clean underneath and set up the Christmas tree, one of the backs fell off. I contacted the store right away, but they directed me to customer service via email. They claimed that since I moved it, I broke it, and they won't assist unless I pay for repairs, arguing it’s not a manufacturer’s fault. Upon inspection, it was evident that the sofa was held together by just a few staples. They refused to address the issue, refund, or replace the sofa. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY! I will be pursuing this through small claims.
