Definitely steer clear of this company. I ordered tiles more than a month in advance and was told to call three days before I needed them. I called a week ahead and was assured they would be ready for collection at the store. When my builder went to pick them up, they were not there. I was informed that we now had to drive over three hours to the opposite side of the city to collect from their warehouse. They showed no concern. I do not recommend this company.
