Dear Sir/Madam I am writing this review in the hope that the owners will be able to intervene as their staff and/or policy are bad for customers. Tiles were delivered broken and they have insisted on us going to collect the replacement tiles when I told them that we had no vehicle large enough for such large tiles. After two weeks of haggling we were forced to send our handyman with his van and the replacement tiles were broken so it was a wasted journey so I emailed but they are ignoring me, so I went into the Farnborough store looking for Abdullah and found a very rude person called Ali.I asked about the replacement tiles and he said you did not have them and then I asked why my emails are being ignored and he said he had no idea and then I asked about details for the owners and he told me they do not work in any of their stores so I asked him for a full refund and he refused so I told him that I had a tiler charging me £250 a day for tiles he does not have to fit and that I will be suing the company for our losses and Ali told me to go ahead without any concern about Customer care.
