Terrible experience at this tile shop. Maddy’s (Mohit) customer service was unacceptable — he was not truthful about the returns policy and kept changing his statements when questioned. No returns policy was displayed in store, which feels misleading and dishonest. The whole experience left me frustrated and upset. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.
