I used the local service for a cruise departure on December 6, 2025, and it was a frustrating experience. The rain was heavy that day, and we were not allowed to enter the parking area until 7:30 PM due to delays. Upon arrival, the conditions were poor—no pavement, just dirt, and puddles everywhere. We were directed to a parking spot and told to wait for the shuttle. After 2.5 hours of being soaked, I tried to call their number, but it was closed. The attendants were leaving at 9:30 PM, and no shuttles arrived. There were about 23 of us waiting, drenched, and our luggage was also wet. Finally, a shuttle appeared at 10:20 PM, just 10 minutes before our cruise was set to leave. My husband had to contact the cruise line to explain our situation. They were understandably upset and expressed their frustration, mentioning that all this trouble was just to save $20. We felt very embarrassed. I’m unsure if I will use this service again, as it seemed very disorganized and poorly lit.
