I've been a customer for a few years and generally found the products to be great and affordable. Most of my orders have been satisfactory. However, my latest order took an astonishing three months to arrive. Additionally, the return policies are unreasonable, and they refuse to provide full refunds to customers. I will not be placing any more orders with this service.
