Hidden fees despite a home assessment, our belongings were held hostage with further payment demanded (this seems to happen to many customers). Damaged furniture, walls, and ceilings, and some items were not reassembled correctly. The van was too small despite prior knowledge of our possessions, leading to poor packing. We were even asked to leave items behind. The representative was friendly at first but ultimately untrustworthy. Avoid this service.
