I wish I could give zero stars. This company does not deserve even one. When moving my possessions accumulated over 30 years, I sought a reliable removal service that provided a fair quote. After a home survey, I was quoted between £1900 and £2000. I was told I’d receive a detailed email, which I did, confirming the cost and deposit. However, they showed up with an inadequate vehicle and demanded more money upon arrival. The entire experience was a nightmare, and I would never recommend this service to anyone. Stay away from them—they are definite scammers!
