Communication was brilliant throughout and they offered flexibility that others didn’t. It was a really professional service. Two workers with a large van who did absolutely everything was not significantly more expensive than the quotes for one man with a van who needed help to lift wardrobes and the like. I must say that I was surprised by the high level of customer care, it was a completely different experience to any removal service I’ve ever used. The two men who moved us were so polite and considerate and kind. We had Jonathon and a young fella whose name I didn’t catch, both were real assets to the firm. They were so respectful and gentle to an old man leaving his family home. It could have been a terribly upsetting experience but their readiness to work for him, their courteousness and their quiet good humour and smiles really made it a hopeful transitional his new home.Everything was handled with care, if they could go the extra mile on anything they did. I’m really thankful for their assistance, it was much more than moving things from one place to another. We’d use them again any time and truly recommend them to anyone.
