I won a $200 shoe. tried to withdrawal, multiple, each time i left it for days up to a month even though support said it said 30 minutes... I contacted support 10+ times... everytime, ignored. absolute scam. never use. I even contacted on another account, they responded, then I brought up them not doing my withdrawal and then they ignored me again. And I'm editing/reposting this to clarify the response from RillaBox: First - no KYC verification was EVER prompted to me... not on the site, the rules, or by support. EVER. Support completely ignored me for months after sending multiple emails and even a lawyer contacting them.
2) support NEVER NEVER NEVER responded to "contact the admin email". support literally ignored my message. never asking me to contact admin.
site is a scam DO NOT TRUST. they also buy good reviews.
I have screenshots of the issue as well and lots of proof that clearly my emails were NOT sent to spam or junk mail and purposefully ignored me, even going to the point where I would contact on another account, and they would respond to which I would bring up the issue and then boom, ignored.
