Like others, I wish I had checked reviews beforehand as I genuinely believed I was ordering a hardback book, which was not mentioned as an ebook in the main description. The price seemed appropriate for a hardback, considering the ebook version is available for half the cost. I contacted them, but they insist on no refunds even though I haven't received the download. The book was intended for my 90-year-old dad who has no means to download it. I question if this description complies with the sales of goods regulations, as I was unaware until after payment when they sent a download notification. Caution to fellow buyers!
