Ordered a hardback book and provided billing and delivery address. Received order confirmation with a download link to an ebook which was not an option when ordering. Emailed them to say I ordered a hardback book. They replied that I ordered an ebook. I have documentary evidence that I did not order an ebook. I will be requesting a refund but Warn You NOT to Use This Company
