I wish I had read these honest reviews as I have had exactly the same experience. I thought I had ordered a hardback book on their site with free shipping however on chasing up anticipated delivery was advised it was an e book and they don’t sell actual books! Nowhere on their site is this explained. It has taken lengthy email correspondence for them to respond and confirm I can request a refund. This I have done but I’m not holding my breath!UPDATE refund received.
