I am truly disheartened for not looking into reviews about this deceptive site. As others have mentioned, the item was listed as a hardback "book" rather than an ebook! I've requested a refund, but I’m not optimistic, so I plan to initiate a payment dispute through my bank. It’s a hassle, but at least it prevents them from easily profiting.
