I had a terrible experience with a representative. Due to an outstanding balance, he became aggressive. Previously, he made passive-aggressive comments about his salary. When I approached to settle the balance, he shoved a slip through the door and left. By the time I got to the door, he was speeding away, shaking his head. I've never encountered such behavior before and will be advising others to reconsider using this service.
