If I could give a lower rating, I would. This is the second time I've ordered, and both times I've been let down. The first time, the wrong message was attached to the gift, leaving the recipient confused about who it was from. After some time, I reached out to confirm delivery. Although I received a partial refund, I decided to give them another chance. This time, the gift was again unacknowledged, and I later learned that there was an issue with their gift card printing. Once more, the recipient didn't know who the gift was from. If you want the recipient to know who sent the gift, I suggest looking elsewhere.
