Extremely unpleasant encounter with the representative. He became aggressive because of an outstanding balance. Previously, I had received passive-aggressive remarks about his salary being affected. When I approached the door today to settle the balance, he simply shoved a slip through and left. By the time I reached the door, he was already driving away, shaking his head and speeding off. I have never encountered such behavior from this service before, and I will definitely be advising everyone I know to cancel their accounts locally because of this. I wouldn't want anyone in my circle to experience this kind of aggression.
