The rates are quite deceptive. I had arranged for a number in Spain, but what I received was not in my contract or invoice. Because of a discount, I didn't pay close attention. It was only after the second month that I was charged four times the initial rate. What I believed I was signing up for was a fixed fee and two free mobile numbers. Now, I can't find that information anywhere. It seems they try to outsmart the customer, at least in my case. So be careful with what you sign up for.
