Purchased two years ago Rinnai hot flow gas hot water system, had problems with it from day 1- warranty claims and 6 interventions/repairs thermostat failed twice and two thermostats later still fails and on and on it goes. Tried to work it out with Rinnai very difficult to deal with, Never purchase anything from Rinnai again, Customer care very difficult to deal with, Warranty claims very difficult to deal with
